Chris & I have been married for almost two months coming this August 27th, and married life is wonderful.. but stressful right now, as well.
Chris is going back to school and I'm so proud of him.

It's just a very hard time right now, living from paycheck to paycheck.
We don't always have money to go out to eat, or get as many groceries as we'd like, or go see that movie we've been talking about.
But sometimes that's life, and you have to deal with it the best way you can.

Just recently we've adopted a new kitten! He's just so adorable and sweet! He's the bravest little 3 pound, 3 ounces kitten I've ever met. (yes, I got exact weight, what? I work at an animal clinic hopsital).

He has two big sisters to play with, and he's keeping one of them very busy.
When you introduce a new cat into the home, there's always that period of waiting and letting all cats get used to each other and finally become friends. For the last two days there's been a lot of hissing and growling going on, but today I'm relieved that there's not as much.

Midna, our 1 1/2 year old black kitten is getting used to him and even playing some with him, following him everywhere. Ryoko, our ten year old kitty does not seem to care for him either way. She is apparently ignoring him, which is not necessarily a bad sign. She doesn't think much of Midna sometimes, either.
Ryoko is older and our 1.5 year old kitten Midna has been in need of a playmate.
The older kitty, Ryoko, doesn't play with Midna, so Midna usually ends up trying to wake me and Chris up while we're trying to sleep.

A little playmate, another sibling, seemed the perfect answer.
Luckily I work at an animal hospital, so we get the sometimes rescued stray in, in need of a home.
And this little guy caught-er, I should say, demanded my attention and It was love at first sight.
I talked to Chris and he said yes, and so he came home with us!

He's incredibly beautiful and I plan to get more photos of him and some more of his sisters', too. We haven't got a name for him yet, so feel free to suggest some names! It should be fun.

I think all of our kitties are so beautiful and special. It'll be fun seeing how all three personalities get along in the coming years.
